The 1.88-acre site, which includes 36,000 sq ft of space, was put up for sale two years ago by Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company which this year became Carlsberg Britvic. The site includes former brewery buildings, warehouses, offices, tap room, shop and car parking.
In addition to establishing its own HQ, Pennyfarthing has completed the sub-sale of two warehouses on the site to Brighter Productions, a leading event production company, who will refurbish the building into a state-of-the-art headquarters.
